We provide Solicitors, Executors & Private Vendors with a complete house clearance service.
We use well established removal contractors who are reliable and whose rates are reasonable.
All saleable items are removed from the property and transported to the salerooms/storerooms, where they are unpacked, examined, sorted and then lotted. The Auctioneers will select suitable items to be included in our next Antiques Sale. The remaining items will be sold in our Weekly Sales.
We then, if you wish, arrange for the remaining items of non-sale value to be removed from the property and taken by the Removal Contractors who are able and licensed to carry goods to a recognised disposal site.
